• Minimum 3 years of training and development experience.
• Experience in GMP/regulatory training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training programs including orientation and OJT.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs and build training plans.
• Deliver training in classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats; use edtech and simulations.
• Administer LMS, dashboards, and training records; track completions and certifications.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements with data from surveys and metrics.
• Perform regular audits of training materials and records to ensure compliance.
