Job summary

CSL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our GMP biotech site in Holly Springs, NC. You will maintain and operate production, process, refrigeration, HVAC, and utility equipment, providing independent support on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• GMP/biotech maintenance experience required.
• Familiar with CMMS and BAS/DCS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate GMP equipment (HVAC, process, utilities).
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on air handlers and refrigeration.
• Develop maintenance plans and work instructions for site equipment.
• Recommend spare parts and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Route spare parts requests and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with other departments.
• Support continuous improvement of the maintenance program.
• Respond to facility alarms and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee contract service providers during maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS/SAP, BAS, PAS, Pi, and PLCs.
