Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, biotech, or related STEM field preferred; hands-on experience also accepted.
• 1–3+ years in GMP/ISO-regulated life science manufacturing, especially PCR/NGS reagents.

Responsibilities

• Formulation, processing, and weighing/mixing of chemical and biological reagents per SOPs.
• Fill and package reagents, operate automated fill lines, assemble multi-reagent kits.
• Perform QC checks, pH/concentration testing, and document results in batch records.
• Maintain cGMP/ISO compliance and update batch history records (DHRs).
• Manage inventory, cold-chain storage, and keep a clean, organized lab space.
