Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a STEM field preferred; hands-on experience accepted.
• 1–3+ years in GMP/ISO-regulated life science manufacturing.
• Experience with PCR/NGS reagents is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production of reagents and kits.
• Formulate, test, and package reagents per SOPs.
• Perform QC checks and maintain batch records (DHRs).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ISO standards.
