Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory Production Technician in Lodi, CA. The role involves supporting bulk buffer, reagents, and bead production while following cGDP, SOPs, and safety policies.

Under supervision, you will perform basic analytical tests, document results, and assist with equipment maintenance. The position requires physical effort, shift flexibility, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires cGMP/cGLP, FDA and ISO awareness.
• Follows SOPs and documents work accurately.
• Performs basic lab tasks in bulk buffer, reagents, and bead production environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle up to 400 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work modified shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work safely with hazardous chemicals and follow safety policies.
• Report safety concerns to appropriate contacts.
• Follow SOPs and scientific methods to guide daily work.
• Formulate bulk buffers per procedures.
• Perform bead production tasks and bead handling.
• Conduct basic pH and conductivity testing and document results.
• Maintain real‑time documentation for compliance.
• Monitor equipment and report issues.
• Maintain clean workspace and manage inventory.
