Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Project Engineer to support Indianapolis expansion in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will coordinate capital projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and new systems in a GMP setting while collaborating across teams and managing workstreams from planning through execution.

This on-site role offers hands-on engineering support, exposure to regulatory compliance, and opportunities to advance your project

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work on-site in a radiation-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute capital and facility expansion projects for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; support timely completion of tasks.
• Apply engineering principles to design and implement production lines and systems.
• Contribute to process automation projects to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
