Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science desired or experience in administrative duties in lieu of education.
• GMP Requirements for Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Notebook documentation standards, calculations, and reporting standards.
• OSHA requirements, hazard communication, and safe handling practices are required to support a compliant and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Sample Management & Contract Laboratory Coordination: Receive, log, label, and store materials; oversee contract lab activities; track sample progress using Excel-based tools; document COA results.
• Documentation & Compliance: Revise SOPs, specifications, and GMP docs; review laboratory logbooks for equipment usage and login; ensure SDS are current and accessible.
• Purchasing & Inventory Management: Request quotes, negotiate discounts, place orders, create purchase requisitions, maintain inventory levels.
• Hazardous Waste & Safety Oversight: Manage hazardous waste area; coordinate disposal; verify and dispose of expired solvents per regs; perform daily safety checks.
• Laboratory Maintenance & Support: Clean/organize storage; maintain equipment readiness; ensure PPE use and safe lab environment; act as Chemical Hygiene Officer.
• Culture & Values: Demonstrate Integrity, Innovation, Partnership, Pride; perform additional duties to support goals.
