As a CBRE |T&T Project Manager, you’ll oversee a team providing advanced management services to achieve strategic objectives, with on-site work at Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN three to four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience managing GMP-compliant projects.
• PMP and LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Lead procurement and bid analyses; advise client on resources.
• Maintain change management with client approvals.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP facility standards.
