Job summary

bioMérieux in Missouri is seeking a Production Technician I to operate high-speed equipment for the production and packaging of VITEK 2 cards in a cGMP environment. You will participate in setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, and documentation of batch records and AQL inspections.

You will work under SOPs, complete batch records, handle equipment with HMI/SCADA interfaces, and participate in material handling, quality checks, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Technical learning aptitude to quickly understand and acquire new technical knowledge.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret technical documentation are critical.
• Ability to perform SAP transactions and computer applications.
• Ability to perform calculations and follow complex task sequences to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities per approved Manufacturing Directions while maintaining SOP compliance.
• Ensure batch records are completed accurately, thoroughly and on time.
• Validate manufacturing/packaging equipment and procedures, including revalidation as required.
• Assist in reviewing and revising Manufacturing Directions and SOPs for manufacturing and packaging.
