This contract role offers 12-hour night shifts and 4 on 10s, with onsite work and opportunities for long-term growth in manufacturing. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits as outlined.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable work history with strong job tenure.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
• Capability to perform moderately complex to complex processes in a regulated environment.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as moving totes and handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex to complex manufacturing processes in accordance with SOPs.
• Move totes and materials safely and efficiently to support production activities.
• Prepare and batch large-scale solutions following precise instructions and quality standards.
• Clean manufacturing equipment thoroughly to maintain operational readiness and compliance.
• Steam equipment as required to support sanitation and sterilization processes.
• Prep equipment before use to ensure proper setup, safety, and functionality.
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines within a highly controlled manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of work performed as required by SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members across rotating shifts to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance to support 24/7 manufacturing schedules.
