Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Production Technician to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and packaging processes. You will manage production data and ensure compliance with GMP policies while following all safety guidelines.

The role involves operating wood handling and chemical process equipment, conducting in-process tests, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment on a 12-hour rotating shift, indoors and outdoors.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and outdoor/indoor environments.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Boiler Operator License is preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate wood handling and chemical process equipment.
• Package finished goods per customer and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of production equipment.
• Ensure the accuracy of production data management.
• Perform routine in-process testing to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work on a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
