Job summary

Engramec is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the approved production plan into site-level schedules, maintain daily and weekly calendars, and ensure alignment of records, work orders, and priorities across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 2+ years in scheduling or production planning, knowledge of SAP Batch Master ERP, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to drive on-time execution in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling or related manufacturing role preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (cosmetics, personal care, supplements) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust daily and weekly production schedules to reflect approved priorities and capacity.
• Update schedules promptly as conditions change and communicate impacts.
• Use SAP Batch Master ERP to maintain batch schedules, work orders, and data.
• Review material availability, production status, and constraints; flag issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QA, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Escalate significant capacity or material conflicts to Scheduling and Planning Manager.
