Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Communicate objectives to meet department strategy on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor operators and team leaders; develop staff within the operation function.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and ensure documentation (SOPs, deviations) is up to date.
• Identify improvement opportunities, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvement.
