Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead to supervise activities within the GMP program at the Lebanon, IN location. The role involves overseeing company and temporary staff, ensuring safety practices, and coordinating daily work tasks and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of high-tech experience or training. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required or may be needed. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of high-tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities within the GMP program area.
• Supervise company and temporary employees in the program.
• Train employees on tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; provide pass-down reports.
• Perform safety inspections and track equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies; issue equipment as needed.
• Maintain records, training, inspections and data collection.
• Ensure logbook compliance and timely task completion.
