Job summary

LANNETT COMPANY, INC in Seymour, IN is seeking a Production Operator to perform drug product processing in line with cGMP and SOPs. You will help ensure product quality and compliance during manufacturing and packaging of oral solid dose products.

Responsibilities include documenting batch records, operating and cleaning equipment, performing in-process checks, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. Some shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 0–2 years of Production/Packaging experience is an asset; solid dose background preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and batch record documentation with accuracy.
• Strong math, reading and writing in English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document batch records and logbooks with detail and accuracy.
• Operate and clean pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training manufacturing trainees and operators.
