Job summary

Lannett Company in Seymour, IN is seeking a Production Operator to support the safe and efficient processing of drug products in accordance with cGMP and SOPs.

You will operate and clean pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment, perform in-process quality checks, and document batch records with accuracy. The role requires basic math, reading and following work instructions, and willingness to work varied shifts to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of Production/Packaging experience is a plus; solid dose manufacturing/packaging background preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Master Control and SuccessFactors; able to follow SOPs and Batch Records.

Responsibilities

• Document batch records and logbooks with detail and accuracy.
• Operate and clean pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment and facilities.
• Perform in-process product quality checks and document results.
• Complete changeovers and maintain production/packaging reporting for the unit.
• Collaborate with team and assist in training of trainees and operators.
