Job summary

The Software Placement Group is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to ensure GMP training compliance across Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. You will administer and maintain training programs for new hires and existing staff while aligning with GDPs and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or food industry.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP regulations and experience working in a cGMP environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Operations and GMP On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
• Coordinate and communicate training schedules for GMP-facing new hires and OJT trainers.
• Help lead teams in developing and updating OJT training modules, plans, and programs.
• Monitor training status in the LMS to ensure on-time completions.
• Assist document/process owners in updating SOPs and work instructions.
• Support coordination and facilitation of new employee orientation and cGMP sessions.
