Job summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support a major capital project in Carolina, PR. The role focuses on Learning & Development, GMP training compliance, onboarding, and project coordination within pharma, biotech, or medical device contexts.

You will ensure personnel are trained, qualified, and compliant throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, Construction, QA, and other stakeholders to maintain readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing training plans and training matrices in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations, SOPs, and LMS systems.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and training activities for project personnel.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project training plans for all project roles.
• Identify SOPs, GMP requirements, and training curricula.
• Create and maintain training matrices for qualifications.
• Coordinate with Site L&D to establish individual learning plans.
• Monitor training compliance and audit qualification gaps.
• Schedule training sessions for multiple project teams.
• Support onboarding: learning plans, safety, Beeline, site access, devices.
• Maintain training records per cGMP and company procedures.
• Prepare reports on training completion and compliance metrics.
