Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities within the GMP program, supervising both company and temporary staff while ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance and adherence to site SOPs.

Responsibilities include training and supervision of personnel, reporting, inspections, inventory/travel coordination, and maintaining records. A related Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise GMP program activities for company and temporary staff.
• Inspect areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance and adherence to site SOPs.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and updates (pass down, weekly/monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; track inventory and schedules for maintenance and repair.
• Monitor PPE usage, report issues to manager, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain training, inspections, attendance, and metric records; travel may be required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field
