Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities in the GMP program, supervising employees and temporary staff, and ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance. The role requires overseeing inspections, training, and reporting, with travel as needed.

The position manages equipment and supplies, maintains records, and enforces safety policies, while aligning with site SOPs. Evening shift and Ohio location included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supervising employees in GMP or similar environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work activities within the GMP program.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and maintenance.
• Report issues to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain training, inspections, attendance, and metric records.
• Travel as required.
