Job summary

SBM Management Services is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities within the GMP program, overseeing company and temporary staff. The role includes inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to meet sanitation and OSHA standards and site SOPs.

The position requires leadership, training, and the ability to generate reports, track inventories, and ensure safety protocols are followed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with travel May be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; candidates with equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and issue discipline.
• Prepare written reports such as pass down and weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, and schedule maintenance and repair.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Report personnel and customer issues to the manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action and maintain records.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field
