Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a GMP Manager in the United States to coordinate operations, budgeting, and high-level management tasks for contract delivery with SBM and customers. The role focuses on planning, supervision, vendor and supply contact, and customer relations.

You will oversee schedules, safety, quality, and service standards, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience coordinating and budgeting for facilities/cleaning service programs.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit inventories and equipment; manage supplies.
• Investigate equipment improvements and efficiency.
• Review service requests and address with the manager.
• Assist with budgets and schedule modifications including cost estimates.
• Support development of long-range plans and capital outlay requirements.
• Coordinate program specifications and contract documents.
• Collect data for estimates, labor hours, and expenses.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct supervisory management in facilities programs.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contractor status databases and respond to correspondence.
• Establish contractor relationships to ensure smooth contracts.
• Attend meetings to communicate with customers, clients, and employees.
• Assist with human resource concerns as needed.
• Some travel may be required.
