Job summary

Axogen in Vandalia, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the shop floor for the Processing Center. You will manage day-to-day production, align with the schedule, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Candidate should have 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, leadership experience, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; first shift 7am-3:30pm EST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA-regulated preferred).
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience leading and coaching teams and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shop floor personnel and contractors to meet production schedules.
• Ensures production meets safety and quality requirements and adheres to GMP/cGMP standards.
• Hires, trains, and retains a talented workforce; communicates policies and procedures to shift leads.
• Resolves issues at the lowest level with proactive communication and problem solving.
