Job summary

Axogen is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the processing center shop floor, directing multiple job titles and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will hire, train, and retain a capable workforce while maintaining a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing setting, 1st shift availability, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA-regulated preferred).
• Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop floor personnel and contract workers in production and support roles.
• Manage daily operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory policies, and production schedules.
• Communicate policy and process changes to shift leads promptly.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate development plans with leadership.
