Axogen is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Axogen Processing Center shop floor. You will oversee diverse roles, drive the production schedule, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to coach teams. The role emphasizes GMP awareness, continuous improvement, and effective communication with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach, lead and manage teams.
• Understanding of process technology and packaging equipment.
• Flexible to changing priorities and schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop floor personnel and contractors on production tasks.
• Lead daily operations to meet safety, quality, and production schedules.
• Relate new policies and procedures to shift leads and staff promptly.
• Record training and close gaps with action plans with supervisor.
• Assist with hiring, transfers, and promotions within the team.
