Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Social Circle, GA is hiring a Manufacturing Tech I to convert materials into finished goods and ensure cGMP and safety standards. You will perform general production tasks, assemble components, operate machines, and participate in training sessions while reporting to the Supervisor, Manufacturing.

Shift is 6:00PM–6:30AM on a 2-2-3 rotation. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or higher) and experience or training in basic lab

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience, or an associate degree or higher.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing.
• Familiar with basic laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment (autoclaves, CIP/SIP, etc.).
• Proficient in basic mathematics and able to work in metric and US units.
• Understanding of basic chemical/biological safety procedures.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production manufacturing work.
• Assemble finished components into final products.
• Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients.
• Set up and operate machine tools to produce parts and assemblies.
• Conduct surface finishing of parts and assemblies.
• Package materials or finished goods for protection and handling.
