Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL) in Waunakee, WI, near Madison, seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support pilot and commercial scale production for GMP and non-GMP products. Under supervision, you will document work, follow SOPs, and assist in process development and validation activities while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Biotechnology or related discipline preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform pilot scale and commercial scale production for GMP and non-GMP products.
• Accurately document work, comply with cGMPs, follow SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
• Assist in executing validation protocols, research studies, and laboratory experiments in support of process development.
• Provide support to Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Validation.
• Order supplies and equipment, clean and/or sanitize pilot and commercial scale equipment.
• Perform general lab maintenance and facility cleanings as required.
• Work overtime as needed by department.
