Job summary

Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC, located just outside Madison in Waunakee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Process Operator to learn and perform manufacturing activities following cGMP guidelines.

The role requires following MI's, SOPs and GDPs, handling solvents, and using PPE. Applicants should be prepared for a 12-hour shift and lifting up to 90 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow detailed Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), SOPs, GDPs.
• Ability to work safely with acids, caustics, and solvents.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Willingness to train and obtain qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows written procedures for production according to MI's, GMP's, GDP's and SOP's.
• Performs activities to manufacture products, including solvent handling, cleaning and teardown.
• Work safely with acids, caustics, solvents; use PPE.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Adheres to established schedules and delivers work reliably.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs and work a 12-hour shift.
• Will work a 12 hour shift: 4am–4pm, Wed, Thu and every other weekend.
