Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL) in Waunakee, WI seeks an Equipment Specialist to operate, inspect, and repair manufacturing and utility equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure GMP-compliant operations and equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Validation, and Production teams, read manuals and schematics, and support boilers, HVAC, water systems, and process equipment on a 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or equipment support experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine inspections and startup activities on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and utility systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per schedule and SOPs.
• Assist with calibration, adjustment, and testing of equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
