Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL) in Waunakee, WI, is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift (4 PM–4 AM) on Wed, Thurs, and alternating weekends. You will supervise operators, ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMPs, coordinate scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or higher, 3+ years in cGMP manufacturing, and 1+ year of leadership. SPL offers competitive pay, excellent benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years cGMP Manufacturing and 1+ year leadership.
• Ability to supervise operators and ensure training and qualification of staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate process equipment.
• Ensure timely execution of manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor operations and address routine issues in real time.
• Serve as primary contact for shift activities.
• Communicate production status and lead shift change meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Coordinate scheduling and resources to meet production goals.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
