Job summary

Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL) seeks a Process Operator for the Waunakee, WI area. Under supervision, you will perform manufacturing activities in accordance with Manufacturing Instructions and cGMPs, using appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, handling solvents, and assisting with equipment assembly and teardown. The role requires basic math, reliability, and the ability to work the 3rd shift (4 pm–4 am) including every

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Schedule: 3rd shift, 4 pm–4 am, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow written procedures for producing SPL specialty products according to MI's, GMPs, GDPs and SOPs.
• Manufacture product using prescribed processes and equipment.
• Perform tasks such as solvent handling, equipment washing and sanitizing, and equipment teardown.
• Work with acids, caustics and solvents while using PPE and maintaining sanitary work areas.
