Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Process Operation (Formulation & Parts Prep) and manage the PET process to produce high‑quality products in line with the PET Plan and Rhythm Wheel.

You will ensure cGMP compliance, oversee staffing, training, audits, change controls, and continuous improvement while fostering safe, collaborative teamwork across PETs and related functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environments.
• Supervisory experience with team leadership.
• Knowledge of FDA cGMPs and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to PET personnel in equipment and materials to produce quality products.
• Coordinate PET activity including support staff, scheduling, and improvement.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure SHE standards are met daily.
• Train PET personnel on equipment, processes, and SOPs; develop training plans with PET Coach.
• Review and approve SOPs and change controls; ensure cGMP compliance.
