Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Supervisor of Manufacturing to lead the Process Operations (fill) and oversee aseptic filling to produce high-quality products under the PET operating strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, pharmacy, science or business.
• Experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment is expected.
• LEAN manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PET personnel and coordinate aseptic filling operations.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory SOP adherence.
• Train PET personnel on equipment, processes and SOPs.
• Maintain documentation practices and batch records.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and team input.
