Job summary

Resilience, a biomanufacturing technology company, seeks a Supervisor, Visual Inspection to lead the PET operation, ensuring high-quality product within cGMP and SOX standards. Responsible for directing staff, coordinating scheduling, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The role oversees SOPs, change control, and training programs, with collaboration across PET Engineers and OE Engineers to optimize performance and lean processes.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and strong communication in a production environment.
• Experience in managing technical programs/projects desired.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to PET staff for efficient production and quality.
• Coordinates support staff, scheduling and improvement efforts.
• Ensures cGMP compliance and documentation practices.
• Drives training plans with Process Lead and Training Coordinator.
• Maintains effective employee relations and safety standards.
• Generates deviations reports and supports investigations.
