Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee GMP manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift (4PM–4AM, Wed/Thu and alternating weekends). You will supervise staff, ensure safe, compliant production, and maintain real-time documentation integrity across batch records, logbooks, and SOPs, while escalating issues and supporting investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Review batch records, logbooks, and documentation in real time for completeness and accuracy.
• Enforce proper documentation practices (ALCOA+ principles).
• Promote a right first-time mentality to reduce errors within the team’s control.
• Escalate deviations, non-conformances, and safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in investigations related to deviations, incidents, or out of specification results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GMP manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift (4PM–4AM).
• Supervise personnel and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production.
• Communicate production status and lead shift change meetings.
• Monitor schedules and ensure products are manufactured to specification.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support audits and inspections and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
