Job summary

Amgen seeks a Manufacturing Process Technician I to operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will contribute to quality and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience or an Associate’s degree, and a strong emphasis on GMP compliance and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position at our New Albany facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year manufacturing experience or an Associate’s degree.
• Understanding of GMP principles and CFR regulations.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and innovative packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and machine stops across equipment types.
• Ensure product quality and follow Right First-Time principles.
