Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience; an Associate’s degree is a plus. The team emphasizes safety, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year manufacturing/operations experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• GMP knowledge and ability to follow CFRs.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to document processes and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment for packaging operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and ensure smooth production.
• Maintain product quality and comply with GMP standards.
• Record relevant data in electronic batch records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Prepare components for use and manage sanitation activities.
