Job summary

Amneal seeks a Set-Up Mechanic to set up, adjust, and maintain line equipment in GMP-compliant environments. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, high-quality operations on manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities include changeovers, track-and-trace on packaging, Lockout/Tagout, and maintaining logs. Requires High School or GED and 2+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or maintenance; English communication and diverse tool handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or maintenance repair.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English at an operational level.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate line machines per batch records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct changeovers between products to minimize downtime.
• Maintain Lockout/Tagout and logs for setups, maintenance, and downtime.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and rooms.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP compliance.
