Job summary

Ohm Laboratories Inc , USA is seeking a Manufacturing & Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily production and packaging operations in a fast-paced GMP environment. You will ensure schedule attainment, drive compliance, and mentor a high-performing team.

This hands-on leadership role requires extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to process improvements, with exposure to cGMPs, FDA regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eight or more years of pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or packaging experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of cGMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency (CEFR B1+).
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with serialization and aggregation systems.
• Knowledge of packaging validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly manufacturing and packaging schedules.
• Coordinate department activities with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Support Production Manager in monitoring operations.
• Review work orders and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership coverage during audits and absences.
• Lead and mentor team, conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure training and regulatory compliance.
