Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a manufacturing operator to work at the Rhode Island facility on a 12-hour rotating schedule, performing purification-related operations and ensuring GMP compliance. You will document batch records, follow SOPs and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires either a high school diploma with 2+ years experience, an associate’s degree with 6 months experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Training in large-scale purification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years manufacturing/operations experience or an Associate’s degree with 6 months experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP manufacturing operations and monitoring per SOPs.
• Document batch records and maintain compliance with quality systems.
• Troubleshoot basic issues in electronic systems (MES, DeltaV, ERP).
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, SOPs and technical reports.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and participate in Lean initiatives.
