Job summary

A leading biotechnology company in West Greenwich, Rhode Island is seeking an Associate Manufacturing I for the night shift. The successful candidate will operate equipment, maintain production records, and support manufacturing processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma with at least 2 years of operations experience or an associate's degree with 6 months experience. Strong knowledge of biotechnology operations is preferred, along with excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or operations work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of large-scale biotechnology operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the production process by operating equipment and maintaining production records.
• Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Monitor critical processes and draft Manufacturing Procedures and technical reports.
