Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance to lead a multi-shift team at a GMP peptide manufacturing facility. You will own predictive and preventive maintenance for GMP equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive reliability across production, utilities, and facilities.

The role involves collaboration with QA, Validation, and Regulatory teams to maintain cGMP standards. You will manage calibration, data documentation in CMMS, and a budget while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance/engineering in pharma or regulated env.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements in GMP environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to lead talent and build shift staffing structures.
• Experience partnering across facilities to implement scalable maintenance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Able to meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, supervisors, and managers across shifts.
• Own predictive and preventive maintenance for GMP equipment.
• Maintain facility utilities including HVAC, purified water, and process gases.
• Document maintenance data and calibration records in CMMS.
• Diagnose and repair equipment across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing domains.
• Develop strategies to monitor trends and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with QA, Validation, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts strategy, and vendor relations.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance efficiency and reliability.
