Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Line Leader to guide Line Workers in filling finished goods in strict compliance with GMPs and production specs. The role requires supervising start-up activities, training staff, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

You will ensure equipment is calibrated, lines are cleaned, and processes run efficiently while coordinating with QA and other departments to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pharmaceutical packaging or related industry.
• 1+ year of Line Lead or certified training experience.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Lean Six Sigma training/experience a major plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Line Workers to fill finished goods per GMPs and specs.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and company standards and policies.
• Train, motivate, counsel & instruct Line Workers on quality, packaging procedures and safety.
• Inspect line areas for safety and cleanliness per GMPs.
• Address safety issues and minimize risk of injury; report accordingly.
• Ensure line start-up with approved components, product and documentation.
