Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead in Athens, GA to oversee activities within the GMP program, manage company and temporary staff, and ensure safe work practices. This role requires training employees, coordinating tasks, and maintaining records.

The position also involves inventory, equipment and PPE management, and providing timely reports while adhering to site SOPs. Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00–8:00 pm, $17–$18/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years high-tech experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform of employees within the program assigned
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass down,
• Perform service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Report to supervisor immediately
• Report accidents and to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations action on areas that improvement
• Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection
• Logbook compliance-accurate completion
• Task completion as required by site’s SOPs
