Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Coordinator to support program tasks and ensure project delivery within budget and timelines at our Ohio facilities. You will coordinate daily activities, maintain GMP documents, and assist with training and safety compliance.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SBM SOPs. Monday–Friday, daytime shifts with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project tasks in the GMP Program to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate GMP documents and procedures for reference.
• Assist GMP managers and supervisors in day-to-day coordination of operations.
• Oversee training curriculums and verify compliance with customer SOPs.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
