Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a GMP Manager to coordinate operations and direct activities to meet contractual obligations with customers. The role involves planning, budgeting, vendor relations, and high-level supervision, with occasional travel. The candidate should hold an A.A.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit inventories, supply and equipment.
• Review service requests and address with manager.
• Facilitate budget requests and identify cost reductions.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
• Establish and maintain contact with contractors for smooth contract processes.
• Attend meetings to communicate with customers, clients, and employees.
