Job summary

SBM Management Services Puerto Rico, LLC is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities in the GMP program, supervise company and temporary staff, and ensure safe work practices. You will assist with training on tasks, safety policies, and procedures while coordinating and monitoring daily activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and supplies inventories, issuing PPE, generating reports, and ensuring logbook compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of high-tech experience and/or training or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license to operate company or personal vehicles.
  • Forklift certification may be required; Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities within the GMP program for assigned areas.
  • Assist with training employees on tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities and provide reports (pass down, safety inspections).
  • Track equipment and supplies inventory; issue equipment and PPE.
  • Maintain records, inspections and data; ensure logbook compliance.
  • Report accidents immediately to supervisor and implement improvements.
