Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support inspection operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will operate inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, execute line clearances, and assist with data collection and batch records per cGMPs.

The role requires prior experience in regulated manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Able to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills for batch records.
• Proficiency with SAP for inventory control.
• Excellent reading and interpretation of SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and monitor equipment status.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials.
• Record data and complete batch records with accuracy.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Transfer materials in/out of cold rooms as required.
• Maintain a clean, compliant cGMP work area.
• Support lean activities and 5S initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and raise issues promptly.
• Escalate concerns to supervision as needed.
