Job summary

Resilience in Port Union, OH, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support Inspection operations in controlled areas. You will operate inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, manage line clearances, collect OEE data, and complete batch records per cGMP.

This role emphasizes adherence to safety and quality, requires prior regulated manufacturing experience, and involves SAP inventory tasks, cleaning, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection equipment and monitor status to ensure smooth product flow.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials.
• Start-up equipment, perform adjustments, clear jams, and assist cleaning.
• Handle materials using pallet jacks and lifts; transfer materials to cold rooms as needed.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and logs; support 5S and lean activities.
