Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II - Inspection to operate inspection equipment and perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections of materials. You will support batch record entries, ensure GMP compliance, and help with line clearance and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks with accuracy.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills, including batch records and logs.
• Basic math skills for measurements and conversions; ability to read and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and monitor equipment status.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials; escalate concerns.
• Start-up equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with line clearance and cleaning.
• Handle material transfer in/out of cold rooms; use material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, compliant cGMP environment and support lean initiatives like 5S.
